These days, the archived audio-video material and correspondence of social activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, known as "Man of the West", reflecting intimate relationships with women and girls, have been illegally published on social media platforms by unknown persons.
It turned out that Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, who was presented as a "Harvard graduate" and a talented young man, made immoral proposals to dozens of people, including his friends' spouses and lovers, children of opposition politicians, and girls who sought his help, made them dependent on him and realized his sexual and other needs in the ugliest form.
These immoral and inhuman actions of Bakhtiyar Hajiyev were met with great hatred in the Azerbaijani public. The people who supported him until yesterday have realized their mistakes and started apologizing to the public.
Faktyoxla Lab. collected all the information available in open sources and presents to the attention of readers the research on the dirty deeds of Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, those who supported these deeds and those who confessed their mistakes:
Dirty deeds of Bakhtiyar Hajiyev
Bakhtiyar Hajiyev created secret relationships with lovers, sisters, wives of people he personally knew and befriended, leaders of political parties, activists in the public sector, first became intimate, and then ensnared them with intimate conversations. By abusing the trust of ladies who were unaware of his dirty deeds, he took the explicit photos sent by them (sometimes he took screenshots during video calls and saved them, ed.) and archived them for an unknown purpose. Sometimes he shared those photos with his friends in the closed group they corresponded with, expressed immoral thoughts about them, and sometimes he passed the number of those ladies to his fellow believers in the group. The collage we present is some of those in Hajiyev’s blackmail arsenal. Let's note in advance that these photos are the ones we managed to hide some fragments of as much as possible. We do not share other photos as they cannot be edited or hidden with a shadow effect.
So, let's get down to the facts.
- In many cases, Hajiyev talks to his "victims" sweetly, then persistently asks them to send their candid photos, sometimes asking, sometimes demanding. The other party's "embarrassment" or refusal for other reasons was not an obstacle for him, he insisted on asking for a picture.
- Bakhtiyar Hajiyev's correspondence with minors, making immoral offers to them and achieving his abominable goals are among the most irritating and infuriating actions. In fact, Hajiyev's "interest" in minors was known years ago.
For example, negotiations with this minor girl took place 10 years ago.
Minor Sanay Yagmur, the youngest daughter of the former deputy chairman of the People's Party of Azerbaijan, Fuad Gahramanli, is another victim of Hajiyev’s maniacal desires. Although Hajiyev asked the minor to send "nude" photos, the girl says that she is not old enough to take "nude" photos. After that, Hajiyev reveals his true maniac quality: "I like to draw young girls. It has a different flavor." Then another characteristic feature of "maniac pedophiles" emerges: "But it must stay between us. There is no need to report to anyone."
This is another example of Hajiyev's pedophile features. The girl he corresponded with and later met many times is a high school student. It is understood from the correspondence that they had intimate relations many times and the fact that the girl was a minor did not bother the social activist at all.
- In these correspondences, Hajiyev makes an even more disgusting offer to his next victim. He suggests that the minor girl engage in threesome and falsely says that he supports the idea because the "third" partner likes the minor.

4. As we examine the screenshots and videos, it becomes clear that Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, who does not shy away from these actions, does not miss any possibility. He asks or demands that each of his potential victims eventually delete the correspondence and photos. The most surprising thing is that for some reason he himself did not follow this promise, but instead expanded his collection with new fragments every time.
5. He took steps that left those who say "It’s Hajiyev's private life, he can correspond, meet and make love with whomever he wants" dumbfounded. Thus, shared WhatsApp messages of human rights defenders Zaur Akbar, Rufat Safarov, lawyer Farhad Mehdiyev and social activist Ziya Guliyev, who work "side by side" with Hajiyev, have also been revealed. From the correspondence, it is clear that the main topic of the conversations of these "five" is "getting a girl."
Note: Here, the word "samovar" (a large metal container used to heat water for tea) is used in the sense of getting to know the lady, leading her out of the way, and taking her into intimate relations. So, this group had its own slang.
6. A disgusting point in the correspondence of this group is that they share and discuss the photos of the girls they managed to deceive.
7. This screenshot shows Ziya Guliyev's immediate reaction to lawyer Farhad Mehdiyev's suggestion, "If you are boiling a samovar, let's take a look." Mehdiyev shows others this fact as an example and calls them to answer with "facts".
- In this correspondence, Rail Abbasov expresses the truth that the vast majority knew years ago: "People were believing that Bakhtiyar is solving issues related to the fate of the country there."
We repeat once again that these photos, screenshots and collages are a small part of Bakhtiyar Hajiyev's "intimate collection" taken from open sources.
Westerners who support these actions
Many Western organizations and political figures demanded the release of Bakhtiyar Hajiyev. Here are some of these requirements:
Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton: I add my voice to the chorus of people and institutions expressing concern for Azerbaijani activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev.
US State Department Assistant Press Secretary Vedant Patel: "We are deeply troubled by the arrest and detention of Mr. Hajiyev on the eve of Human Rights Day, and we - we urge the authorities to release him expeditiously."
European Union foreign affairs spokesman Peter Stano wrote on his Twitter account: "EU urges to release those imprisoned for exercising their fundamental rights."
Samantha Power, Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, expressed her support for Bakhtiyar Hajiyev and called for his release.

These are people who said they were wrong and regret supporting Hajiyev:
The immoral actions of Hajiyev and his entourage disappointed, irritated and enraged their relatives. Many of the social activists cannot digest the dirty deeds of Hajiyev, whom they consider to be their comrade in arms, they say that they will settle accounts with him, and they clearly state that he will definitely have to answer for his deeds.
Social activist Ilkin Rustamzade apologized to everyone for defending Bakhtiyar Hajiyev and condemning those who did not. "How immoral and unworthy a person would be, oh God," said Rustamzade.
Social activist Aziz Mamiyev wrote: "As one of the people who consistently defended Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, I feel ashamed that we were ridiculed in this way, that we were a part of such immorality."
Feminist activist Gulnara Mehdiyeva was one of the active supporters of Hajiyev. Now she rejects Hajiyev's political thoughts and even insults him.
